This dress features a fun, flared skirt and a fitted top.  This little dress is great for everyday wear, the fabric is soft and stretchy, and it won't hold a wrinkle.  The design on it was inspired by the Byzantine masterpiece "Christ and the Virgin Enthroned with Forty Saints," painted in 1328.

NOTE: This Masterpiece titled "Christ and the Virgin Enthroned with Forty Saints" was painted in the year 1328 as a miniature page on vellum inside of a Choir Book (Laudario).  The Artist is known as the Master of the Dominican Effigies.  The original is at the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C. where it currently is not on view.
