SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Rates:   Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order. Orders of $100.00 and over qualify for FREE shipping.

Delivery:   Deliveries are insured up to $200.00 and are tracked. Updates will be sent to you along the way.

RETURN SHIPPING POLICY:

1. Items being returned due to defect or damage will have a pre-paid shipping label sent directly to you to accommodate this return to MasterpieceLiving.Shop. In this case, your replacement item will also be sent to you at no charge.

2. Items being sent to you as an exchange will be mailed at no additional charge after your initial item is received by MasterpieceLiving.Shop, as stated in the Shipping and Return Policy. MasterpieceLiving.Shop offers this as a one-time courtesy service for each item returned.
