Defects & Quality Issues
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact me within 14 days of delivery with photos
- I'll provide a free replacement or full refund
- Return shipping is free — I'll send you a prepaid label
Size Exchanges & Change of Mind
If you'd like a different size or change your mind:
- Requests accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags
- You cover return shipping costs
- I'll ship your exchange at no additional charge
How to Start a Return
Contact me at Barbara@MasterpieceLiving.Shop with your order number and reason for return. I will guide you through the next steps.
There is have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
