NOTE: The original Masterpiece titled "Christ and the Virgin Enthroned with Forty Saints" was painted in the year 1328 as a miniature page on vellum inside of a Choir Book (Laudario).  The Artist is known as the Master of the Dominican Effigies.  The original is at the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C., where it is currently not on view.
